Customer Agreement for Domain Names

Customer terms for domain registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS management, fees, obligations, suspension and eligible free-domain offers.

Read this agreement together with the Fair E Web Host Customer Master Agreement and any domain or service policy referenced by your order. These documents define the current responsibilities, limits and support path for the service.

1. Incorporation

This Addendum supplements the Customer Master Agreement and Domain Registration Agreement.

2. Services

Includes new registrations, renewals, transfers, WHOIS privacy (if available), DNS management, and support.

3. Fees

Fees vary by TLD and status (standard/premium). Non‑refundable once registry processes. Taxes/ICANN fees may apply.

4. Customer Obligations

Maintain accurate contact data; configure nameservers responsibly.
Comply with DNS RFCs and avoid abuse (amplification, malware).

5. Suspension

Abuse or policy breach may lead to lock, hold, or deletion.

6. Free Domain Offer

Only with eligible Annual hosting plans, first‑time customers, TLDs: .ca, .com, .net, first year only; see Free Domain Terms.
