Free Domain Terms for Eligible Annual Hosting Plans

1. Offer Summary

With an active Annual (Yearly) hosting plan from Fair E Web Host, first‑time hosting customers receive one free domain registration or transfer for the first year on select TLDs. Free domain applies to: first year only

• Offer applies only to Annual billing term hosting purchases and renewals at the Annual term.
• One free domain per account during the initial Annual term.
• Free domain value equals the standard first‑year registration or transfer‑in fee for eligible TLDs.

2. Eligibility

• Customer status: New hosting customers only (no prior paid hosting with Fair E Web Host). We may verify using account email, payment method, domain ownership history, and internal records.
• Plan requirement: An eligible hosting plan purchased or renewed on the Annual (Yearly) term and kept active and in good standing.
• Account standing: No outstanding balances, chargebacks, abuse, or ToS violations.

3. Eligible TLDs

The free domain offer is available only for standard registrations or transfers of the following top‑level domains:

• .ca (subject to CIRA eligibility, including Canadian Presence Requirements)
• .com
• .net

Premium, reserved, or special‑priced domains are excluded. Registry restrictions may apply.

4. Activation and Redemption

• Redemption window: Claim your free domain within 30 days of Annual plan purchase. After this window, the offer expires.
• How to claim: Register a new domain or transfer an eligible domain through our platform while logged into the qualifying account; the discount applies automatically at checkout.
• Transfers: For eligible TLDs, an inbound transfer typically includes a one‑year extension; this extension may be covered by the free year.
• Association: The free domain must remain associated with the qualifying Annual plan. Upgrades are allowed; downgrading to non‑Annual terms removes the free domain benefit going forward.

5. Billing, Taxes, and Renewals

• First year: The domain’s first year is discounted to $0 (plus applicable taxes/ICANN fees where required).
• Payments: Processed by SmartersWeb via PayPal. By transacting, you agree to PayPal’s user agreement and acceptable use policy.
• Renewals: After the first year, the domain renews at our then‑current standard rate for the TLD unless you cancel before renewal.
• Taxes and fees: Government taxes, ICANN fees (for gTLDs), WHOIS privacy, premium DNS, and redemption/restore fees are not included.
• Refunds: Domain fees are generally non‑refundable once processed by the registry, including if the hosting plan is cancelled.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a PayPal chargeback or dispute may void the offer; we may bill the standard first‑year domain fee and suspend related services pending resolution.

6. Limits and Exclusions

• Quantity: Limit one free domain per account on the initial Annual term. Additional domains are billed at standard rates.
• Ownership: The domain must be registered to the same account as the qualifying hosting plan.
• Abuse and compliance: We may revoke the offer for abuse, fraud, reselling, or policy violations.
• Ineligibility: Monthly or Quarterly hosting plans are not eligible for the free domain offer.
• Portability: If you cancel the Annual plan or switch to a shorter term, the free year is not converted to credit or cash.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

• We may modify or end this offer at any time. Changes will be posted with the “Last updated” date.
• We may suspend or cancel the domain or the discount if required by law, registry rules, or for non‑payment or abuse.
• Early cancellation: If the Annual hosting plan is cancelled or refunded within the first 30 days, we may charge back the standard first‑year domain fee.

Can I get a premium or reserved domain for free?

No. Premium, reserved, or registry‑special domains are excluded from this offer.

No. WHOIS privacy, if available for a TLD, is billed separately.

What happens after the first year?

The domain renews at our standard rate for its TLD unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Can I transfer my existing .com/.net/.ca in and get the free year?

Yes, if you are a first‑time hosting customer on an Annual plan and the TLD is eligible. The transfer will typically add one year; that year can be covered by the offer.
