Domain Registration Agreement

1. Parties and Incorporation

This Agreement governs domain registrations you place with Fair E Web Host. It incorporates our Customer Master Agreement, Domain Policy, and relevant registry/ICANN policies.

2. Registrant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate WHOIS/Registrant data and maintain it current.
• Respond to verification requests promptly (ICANN/CIRA).
• Use the domain lawfully; comply with AUP and registry rules.

3. Term, Renewal, Deletion

• Initial term per your order; renewals per your settings and Deletion & Auto‑Renewal Policy.
• Grace and redemption periods vary by TLD and are not guaranteed.

4. Transfers

• Outbound: unlock domain, obtain auth code, ensure no 60‑day locks.
• Inbound: typically adds 1 year (exclusions apply). We may deny for fraud, disputes, or per policy.

5. Fees and Refunds

• Fees are due at order. Once processed by the registry, registrations are generally non‑refundable.
• Chargebacks may result in suspension and fees.

6. Disputes

• .com/.net: UDRP/URS apply.
• .ca: CIRA CDRP applies.
• We will comply with binding decisions and court orders.

7. Privacy/Proxy

Privacy services (if available) mask public data but do not change legal ownership. Some TLDs restrict privacy.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or delete domains for non‑payment, abuse, or legal orders.

9. TLD‑Specific Terms

.ca: Canadian Presence Requirements; .com/.net: Verisign policies; additional TLD terms may apply.
