Registrar Registrant Agreement

1. Agreement with Registrar

By registering a domain through us, you (Registrant) enter into an agreement with the sponsoring registrar (or our registrar partner). ICANN and registry policies are incorporated.

2. ICANN Required Terms

• Provide accurate registrant data and consent to processing.
• Maintain accurate WHOIS; respond to inquiries within 15 days.
• Acknowledge that your domain may be suspended or canceled for WHOIS inaccuracies or policy violations.
• Consent to data escrow and transfer to ICANN or registries as required.

3. Domain Lifecycle

Creation, renewal, transfer, expiration, grace, redemption, and deletion follow ICANN/registry timelines as documented in our Deletion & Auto‑Renewal Policy.

4. Dispute Policies

UDRP/URS apply to gTLDs; CDRP applies to .ca. You submit to the relevant dispute resolution processes.

5. Use Requirements

No use for unlawful purposes; compliance with AUP, registry rules, and applicable law is required.

6. Privacy/Proxy Disclosure

Use of privacy/proxy services is subject to disclosure upon valid legal request and does not change registrant rights or responsibilities.

7. Notices

Notices will be sent to the registrant email on record. Keep it current to avoid disruption.
