Customer Agreement for Web Services
Terms for Fair E Web Host DNS, forwarding and related web services, including acceptable use, limits, fees, deliverability and liability.
Read this agreement together with the Fair E Web Host Customer Master Agreement and the service details shown in your order. Current package limits, billing terms and technical availability remain tied to the service you purchase.
1. Services
URL forwarding, mail forwarding, and managed DNS hosting with standard records (A/AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA) and API/GUI management where available.
2. Acceptable Use
No spam relays, phishing, or spoofing. DNS configurations must not deliberately cause reflection/amplification attacks.
3. Deliverability
We do not guarantee third‑party mail acceptance; configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC appropriately.
4. Limits
Fair‑use limits apply per plan; excessive queries may be rate‑limited.
5. Fees and Term
Included with eligible plans or billed separately. Auto‑renews unless cancelled before term end.
6. Liability
Subject to the MSA’s limitation of liability and disclaimers.
