Customer Agreement for Themes, Plugins & Logos

This customer agreement explains licence and support terms for themes, plugins and logo assets, including restrictions, updates, warranty, trademarks and third-party components.

1. License

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use purchased or bundled themes, plugins, or logo assets for your own projects or a single client project, unless stated otherwise.

2. Restrictions

No resale or redistribution unless a redistribution license is provided.
No claiming ownership of our IP; derivative works must comply with the original license.
Open‑source components are governed by their respective licenses.

3. Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided per product plan/term. After expiry, continued updates may require renewal.

4. Warranty

Assets are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee compatibility with every platform or update. Liability is limited per the MSA.

5. Trademarks

Using our name or logo requires prior written consent, except for normal attribution permitted by the license.
